Sensei James Lashin started his training in karate 40 years ago.
He has been a volunteer instructor with the YMCA since 1980, for 32 years.
He continues his own training by attending yearly Master camps and seminars.
He also acts as a Judge at National and International tournaments.
He holds an ISKF “B” Level Judge.
