Biography:
Eve McGrath has been training for over 20 years in Shotokan Karate at the YMCA Downtown with Sensei Robert Lashin. She holds an ISKF "C" Level Judge and a Karate B.C Provincial "B" Level Judge. She is still actively competing in local and National tournaments.

Biography:
John Lenci has been training for the last 21 years in Shotokan Karate under the JKA umbrella and now ISFK organization. Experienced also in Judo and Jujitsu. He is still actively competing at a Provincial and National Level, and enjoys coaching his junior students.
He also coaches the elite athletes of the Surrey YMCA.
